I tried communicating with the attorney & case manager to get an update towards my case and no call back after many attempts, worst experience. Front desk provided the negotiator number whose name is autumn and even worse when I tried to communicate, straight to voice mail and been more than 2 weeks trying to hold contact but as always fails. Disappointed on how they handle their communication.
