The lawyers and staff at this firm actually care about their clients. It is a family owned business and they are local. We have had the pleasure of working with several people here, and everyone from the receptionist greeting you when you walk in, to the attorney you are working with are amazing. Shout out to our Paralegal Cass she was so sweet to me when I was stressing! They are very responsive and return calls and emails fast. I have sent my parents and kids to this law firm, so I have complete trust in them. Most recently I worked with Karl and Chase Pansler and they have taken all the worry away from me, and got me the best outcome in my case that was possible.
My new Palisade was struck in the rear by a new Corvette. The driver motioned to pull over but decided to flee the scene. Luckily a good citizen got very good pictures of the driver and tag. Chase Pansler exceeded my expectations in his handling of the case. He and his Staff kept in touch, updating me every step along the way. Thank you Pansler Law Firm !
