This lawyer and his wife are rude and unprofessional. My aunt died and i called with some questions and they refused to let me speak to her lawyer. Then hung up. When i called back the other receptionist took my number and i never received a call back. I will be filing a complaint with the state bar. There are also some shady things going on with the padding of expenses during probate. I will update.

Met with Mr. Parker to arrange for an updated will. Talked for about 45 minutes of the details of the will. He never did the job. I waited about 2 months, with calls and emails but no results. Finally had another attorney do the will for me and it was done in about 2 weeks.

It was a pleasure to have Mr. Parker & his team represent us for the purchase of our new home! I would recommend Richard & Wendy to anyone looking for a helpful and knowledgeable attorney!
