Even though they weren't ultimately able to take on my case, they were the only firm to call me back, and not just with a quick no. Chris took the time to explain why they couldn’t take the case, answered a couple of my questions, and genuinely encouraged me not to give up, as I may still have a case. You can tell when someone wants to be helpful, not just to earn a fee. That’s exactly how I felt speaking with him. It’s rare these days to come across a business that makes you feel heard, especially when there’s nothing in it for them. But Chris did exactly that, and have full confidence he/his firm would go the extra mile for actual clients.
