Terrible experience, hired for a workers compensation case and they didn't do anything to get me the maximum award I am entitled to. They were dismissive and lack the communication needed to ensure their clients rights are not violated. No calls, different attorney actors claiming to represent you during your case. They accept whatever the board throws and side with your employers law department. After losing the maximum monetary award they request 20% of your award and leave you pennies. My award isn't enough to cover four months of bills, rent etc and they took a chuck of a small award. They also are racist and do little to be respectful to black people. The attorney hung up on me. Don't waste your time if you are a minority and your wages are significant because they will send you straight to the welfare line after they are done with you. They are about their money and not your pain. Throwing salt on a clients wound hurts.

I have been working with this firm since August, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. I was under the impression that I would be able to meet with my attorney and paralegals in person, but all communication has been limited to phone calls and emails, which has not reflected good client service or accessibility. I was referred by this firm to an outpatient Workers’ Compensation doctor whose conduct made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I communicated these concerns multiple times to the firm and my attorney, yet no meaningful action was taken. When my case was eventually brought before a judge, I clearly stated that I wished to proceed with my case but did not want to continue treatment at that facility due to how uncomfortable I felt. I also requested to choose a physical therapy location where I felt safe and comfortable, which was met with resistance. Most recently, I received a call from Giselle Martinez, during which she was rude and abruptly hung up on me. I was understandably frustrated because I had not been contacted for an extended period and felt left in limbo regarding my case. I was then informed that my appointment was canceled, yet a new appointment was scheduled in Staten Island despite the fact that I live in New Jersey, which makes no sense logistically. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for client concerns has been unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable representation

Completely fumbled my case even though my accident was on camera , didn't get one done and I lost so much , I have an appeal it was done lack luster I'm sure that will get denied as well . I used to recommend these people to everyone now I wouldn't recommend them to walk my dog . When you have a lawyer and they shush you and don't make your case look like a priority leave right away , I should of saw the signs, also I feel like they are taking bribes from the people we want to SUE. Its funny when you have solid evidence on your case and they let the defense feed the judge lies with no rebuttal, then to sabotage my appeal and case it feels like some shady business going on and the social security I been doing all my paperwork they have done nothing significant other than sending a few letters they can have their stamps back but if you think mailing out a letter is gonna get you 25% we will be in court don't touch anything for me anymore

I want to let everyone know about this law firm or atheist that's what they call it.This place is a joke to say the least!I have dealt with them for 3 years was granted my ssi but then the state of new york said I owe them and they took all my cash except for what they gave the lawyer.When I called to find out they couldn't tell me anything!If you really want a lawyer I would strongly advise looking a whole new direction and remember just because they have alot of names on their front door doesn't mean your going to get a real lawyer I had 3 in 3years but the funny thing is they want yo get paid but they don't look at the professional part of this whole situation.I was never prepped as they Said I would and my court I met my lawyer for the first time and that was over the phone.I don't like being nasty but I would hate to see someone else who has absolutely nothing fall for the same ignorance i did.

The paralegal lied to me and gaslighted me and had me thinking they sent in the papers for my section 32...I settled my case in sep ...it's now dec 29 I still don't have my money....no birthday no Christmas and the female paralegal just laughed in my face and lied
