I do not recommend Nathan Pastor. He did not show up in court & had an associate appear who could not answer one question in my behalf. He also told me another case filed by a disgruntled sibling was dismissed and it was not! Completely ruined my chance to defend myself! The judge just said " to bad", you got bad advise.
