Elizabeth Patino @ Patino and Associates was responsible for returning a deposit check for real estate in a timely manner. She delayed 10+ days, without communication or returning several calls and emails. Her staff was rude, and when she finally did respond to me her information was incomplete, and extremely unprofessional and rude over email and the phone. Would not recommend if you can have the choice to find a more communicative firm with staff who know something about how to speak professionally with clients. It goes a long way to simply be pleasant and take pride in your work.

Patino and Associates worked on the closing for my condo sale. They were the choice of the buyers and I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. There were several issues that Ms. Patino worked on diligently to ensure that they were completed (including an open permit that was expired) The communications were seamless and consistent.
