Patrea is THE Lemon Law expert to consult if you, like me, have a car that has been a nightmare purchase. My 2021Chrysler Pacifica had mechanical and electrical problems as a new purchase. Patrea responded to my inquiry right away and reviewed my service documents. She guided me through the process and followed up consistently. Due to her expertise I received a wonderful and fair outcome that returned me to the same financial position as before the vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Patrea Bullock for any lemon law case. We tried going at this directly with the manufacturer and after one year there was no resolution and we had persistent issues with our new SUV that the dealership could not fix after several attempts. Patrea was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She clearly explained our rights under California's lemon law and managed all communication with the manufacturer on our behalf and helped get us satisfactory amount of money back in about 4 months. Great job Patrea!

When I started this process, I couldn't imagine working with a lawyer, but Patrea made every step easy. Her professional manner gave me confidence, and she lived up to her most excellent reviews.
