Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. His staff was just as amazing—friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. I had a family member get DUI and Mr silva was really helpful took care of everything really put our minds at ease, took care of all the leg work and got us the best offer even with a accident and second DUI
