Kymber Lattin was amazing! She explain the whole process and was patient. After 3 years of a battle with car insurance she fought hard for my seattlement and I am very pleases with the outcome. I will say that some of the staff in the front weren't always nice or pleasant to talk to, as will as Kymber assistent, sometimes she was snappy or short. However, Kymber was fantastic, I'm very grateful for her.
