On August 4th, they took my car accident case for over a month, and then on September 19th, I received a letter stating that they were no longer pursuing the case. In a call, the paralegal told me that the insurance company had offered $3,000, but that we should wait. I don't know what happened; this is a lack of professionalism and respect, after investing time and money going to medical appointments. Seriously, people, don't start anything with this firm. I don't know if they make under-the-table arrangements with the insurance companies, and the only ones who suffer the accident are the ones who suffer the accident. I see all the supposed to be wonderful comments, but when I let Paul& Perkins handle my case which I wasn't at fault the people that was in my car the day of the accident, got paid only 3,000 dollars I only received 1,000 a commercial truck hit me on the right side because he was trying to make a left actually a u-turn but smash my right side of my car I was told I was going to get $17,000 but only ended up with a 1,000 where did my money go, if I'm lying I'm flying the people that's up here making these supposed to be wonderful comments they are affiliated with the company so no I don't trust any of these comments.. I started to call them to give them a second chance because this accident was a total loss, where me and my son was badly injured but I don't trust it, so I'm go with another lawyer

I had a horrible experience here. Mr. Perkins was almost impossible to get a hold of and would never return my calls. I understand this was during an adjustment period for them (the attorney originally working on my case left). However, the way my case was handled was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I completely regret going to Paul & Perkins for help after my terrible car accident.

Wouldnt consider a case because they said money was not enough. Not for the small guy......
