I was impressed with the initial conversation with Nick Constantine, Case Manager at the firm who was amazingly helpful throughout the conversation. From the conversation, I could easily tell that he has had many years of experience working in the accident related/insurance area. He is definitely a wealth of knowledge and very honest and straightforward, something that is rarely seen these days. He was never pushy and over and beyond educated me on how I should proceed as well. At the end of the call, he was very appreciative of me reaching out to the firm and discuss my case. This is a follow-up review. I was in a pretty severe car accident, life altering. The insurance company tried to delay claims and use poor tactics at first, but Mr. Payer is an excellent attorney who was able to organize, covey and adamantly oppose the insurance company to reach a fair settlement. I feel that without him, the insurance company would have used Ill advised tactics to try and sucker me into a claim that doesn't match my damages. I would highly advise. My case was dragged out but I am glad I persisted through with this group of excellent people. His case managers are amazing people as well. Thank you all involved.
