So I haven't actually had the need to retain the firm for actual services thankfully, but I have consulted with Chantal Payton twice now-when there were some unknowns at my job-and both times she has been patient, friendly, empathetic, curious and very helpful, going really above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel reassured. Wouldn’t recommend them. Multiple missed apts with johnny Griggs, having to reschedule multiple times. Johnny told me to call over the weekend and I did and no answer , they don’t respect your time. Unprofessional.
