Pelton Graham LLC helped my mom with a workplace issue and we are very happy with the results. They were communicative and very professional. Pelton Graham have been my attorneys since 2013 and I have to say they have been the best from the moment they took on my overtime case in 2013 and was able to get me a fast and high settlement that I was not expecting. And still up to today they still handled another case of mine and again came through with a very good settlement for me! Spoke with someone in regard to my case, in which I have to log into 5 to 6 different systems then clock into work. Logging takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete especially if errors occur. Person indicated that I would receive an email for me to show a walk-through of how long logging in takes, never received an email after two days. Person didn't seem interested. Thankfully, I've found a different law firm that's willing to take on our case of nearly 200 employees whom have to login before clocking into work.
