Pelypenko Law Firm represented me in a pharmacy malpractice law suit. Unfortunately, the pharmacy misfiled my prescription and took devastating effects on my life as well as my family. Attorney Pelypenko and Monica her paralegal took on my case and were dedicated in getting me compensated for the harm brought to me and my family.

Hired Pelypenko Law Firm 3 years ago. Though I initially was impressed with the firm, they seemed knowledgeable and competent. However, when I reached out to them for updates, I felt like I was getting the run around. Never spoke the the attty again...only a para and some office asst. Since then, I've attempted contact only to recv. an outdated message. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

Spoke to an "intake" person. She was truly not bright at all. Kept getting confused, wouldn't listen, and kept interrupting me as I was trying to answer her question. That was a week ago. She just called me again, starting all over. When I told her we'd already had this conversation, it took her five minutes ...and two books (she stated).... to find that yes we had spoken already. When we spoke the first time she told me I'd get an email in 10-14 days. Our second conversation, I asked her if she'd turned the case in to someone yet and she said no not yet. I explained to her the statute of limitations, as we are getting close, and she promptly told me they get 20 calls a day. I'm not sure how the original 10-14 day promise will be met. I just said thanks and hung up. Attorney's might be good but geez....hire staff who knows what they are doing.
