After being involved in an accident on the Yolo Causeway while driving to work, I was fortunate enough to have Penney and Associates represent me. I felt my legal team, Adam Hahn and Sam Messina, were masterful in their negotiations, compromise, and legal skills. I wouldn’t have known where to begin. Adam explained each step of getting the case started and with their help it was easy. The convenience of Docusign eliminated multiple trips in and out of the office to sign papers and if I ever had a question about any aspect of the case, Sam or Adam called back the same day, often within the hour. I didn’t ever have to wait a day or two for a call. Ultimately I was very satisfied with the results. Both Adam and Sam were always in contact and explained the steps moving forward and what we could expect at each stage of the process.
