I called this office today to see if they could help me with my case and the lady who answered the phone said well could you explain what happened and I got about 2 minutes through my story and she stopped me and said she had sent a message to the attorney while I was talking and he said sorry we can’t help you. Completly cut me off and disregarded my tramtic event without even listening to the whole thing. If I could give zero stars I would and I would not recoiled this place to anyone.

Jim Pentlarge was my attorney and I cannot say enough good things about him. He and Erica worked tirelessly for over a year on my case. They were at all times professional, and very well educated about these types of cases. If you are so lucky to have Jim as your attorney, I highly recommend you listen to him; he will not lead you astray. Jim knows his stuff and will fight tooth and nail to get you what you deserve.

Our attorney Robert had a great personality and always friendly, But it would take a great deal of calls and e-mails to get responses, it was always super difficult meeting with attorney Robert, as he was often out of town or on vacations, and when we finally would meet he was always in a rush. Unfortunately did not follow through to get all the medical payments we where awarded. Find other options if you are looking to get good representation. Billings where incorrect, and even after winning on our favor by a mediation, medical bills are still not paid by the other party insurance and our attorney would not follow through and we will always get the round around. Extremely disappointed.
