Terrible customer service. They canceled our appointment twice, and the day we finally had a 10 a.m. appointment, they had two other 10 a.m. appointments, and it took them a long time to see us. The lawyer is very good, but his staff is terrible.

Apparently my review was removed so I will go ahead and post it again. I had a personal injury case with this firm. Nothing was ever done in my case for over a year. When I requested a copy of my records, I noticed that they hadn't even requested my medical records in order to proceed with my demand. An employee, Elizabeth Madan, is very rude and unprofessional. I called to check on my case and was told that the demand was not sent when she had already told me it was. She was laughing at me the whole time on the phone. I asked for the attorney, Andrews Fernandez, to call me back a week ago and I haven't heard from him at all. I sent him an email and no luck. It is very unfortunate that a company behaves that way with their clients and I dont think a person like Elizabeth Madan should be working with people. They also told me confidential information from another case that Im not involved in. PLEASE PLEASE, dont bring your case to this law firm. There are many other law firms out there that will help you but don't come here. PLEASE DON'T. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.
