Emily patiently listened, made copious notes, and prepared a lengthy and impressive revocable trust capturing every detail that we had discussed. The lengthy set of documents included Last Will and Testaments, Personal Property Memorandums, Durable Power of Attorney documents, Living Wills, Warranty Deed, and the Revocable Management Trust Agreement. And with our approval, Emily dispatched her assistant, Sara, to the Probate Judge's office and legally transferred our home and property into the trust, thereby relieving us of that responsibility.
