I am sharing my personal experience so others can make informed decisions. Over a period of more than two years, I consulted multiple attorneys regarding a potential medical malpractice matter in New York. I was repeatedly advised that no legal action could be taken unless and until the New York State Department of Health / Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC) became involved. Relying on this guidance, I pursued the OPMC process in good faith. I later learned that an OPMC investigation does not toll or extend the statute of limitations for filing a civil malpractice lawsuit. Unfortunately, this critical information was never clearly explained to me at the time, which ultimately prevented me from pursuing my legal rights. This review reflects my personal experience and is intended to encourage clearer communication with future clients facing similar situations.

Where do I begin? From the nerves of my case actually going the way that I would want it to. To the long road that it took. To being a completely nervous client. And then there was, Chris which stood by my side through the entire time. Told me that he would make sure I was taken care of. Make sure my case went the way that it was supposed to and told me from the beginning what he would get me . I've never met someone that is so dedicated to protecting his clients. Chris is amazing lawyer and a great person. The whole entire team over there will always stand by your side and make sure you are always well taken care of Chris, thank you again, you kept your word. You made sure I was well taken care of

I love this office and the staff. The case manager Chris and Anna are both exceptional in their roles. Tanya Gendleman is wonderful she’s very good at her job. My case is in court and they keep me updated regarding every step taken. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about NY laws. I would definitely refer them to my family and friends.

After a year of developing my case, I get a call and letter saying they can’t pursue my case. Waste of time. Went to another lawyer just off the video I got paid.
