This law firm likes to use construction accidents they have zero knowledge on the details of to promote themselves and for advertising purposes. That is absolutely despicable, and I would not support any business that uses tragedy they are 100% unfamiliar with (meaning they have NOT represented ANY party involved in said tragedy) for personal gain. Shameful.

Good day. Since 1992, my firm helped workers injured in all kinds of accidents until my recent retirement from solo practice. From 1986 to 1992, I helped people similarly situated so for other firms. In all that time I’ve never represented you, never reviewed and rejected a case for you and to my knowledge, we’ve never even spoken. <br><br>“I am an attorney with four decades of experience securing the compensation that New York construction workers injured on the job are entitled to receive… (see firm webpage)”. The several thousand people that entrusted my firm with the privilege of representing them know that to be the case. As a solo, I did not employ a "team" of attorneys. In accordance with accepted ethical practice and with client informed consent, certain cases were referred to preeminent downstate co-counsel. Those clients couldn't have been happier. No further response shall be forthcoming. All the best.

Really good attorney. Regrettably, I decided to substitute him with a different law firm as there was a particular issue with a doctor/medical facility up north. The "new" law firm had a lot more experience with this doctor/medical facility by virtue of location. The "new" law firm ended up being a bad decision on my part.
