This was a complete waiste of my time.i signed a retainer agreent 3 mo. Ago to find out after 2 weeks of. Nonstop calling and leaving My number for someone to call back and them to text me and say that they can't take my case because of statute of limitations but for child abuse cases there is no statute so they couldn't even tell me the real reason I have an open and close case..it's okay cuz they take 40% of the verdict when everyone else.takes 30 or 33 % I would tell anyone asking to go somewhere else if they asked me..Thanks

Whoever I talked to on the phone told me within 5 minutes without looking at any records the doctors were not negligent! I never even got my case evaluation.

I contacted this law firm three times. I provided details as to why I was seeking their assistance. I was told the first time I called the information would be screened and they would get back to me either way a few days later. I called again after five days of not hearing from them and was told the same thing. After another five days of no response I called yet again asking why I haven’t been contacted? The screener gave me the same run around line that they would evaluate the details and get back to me. I made sure of my call back number each time yet nobody ever contacted me.
