My experience with Phillip and his team was the best I've ever had , the staff kept consistent communication with me while there office got information from the other side of the person that rear ended me at a stop light there in gresham.
The car accident had enough force to my shouler to have surgery and physical therapy. It took some time for there firm to resolve all medical bills the short time disability through my insurance while the firm built a case for me .
Meanwhile I was in a financial burden and the office staff was able to get the insurance to start paying auto coverag Benefits for a year to help me not stress over the car accident and my bills.
Mr. Gilbert and office staff worked so hard to Represent
Me in a very sensitive case due to my age and was able to close the case without going to court, I had no bills from the hospital, or physical therapy and they able to settle the case with a very good cash out settlement.
I couldn't be happier after it was all said and done .
I highly recommend Phillip C Gilbert and associates. Very kind , to the point and the legal team was so Professional and always either answered all questions by email or over the phone .

I will be recommending Phil and his team to anyone and everyone who has been in an auto accident and deserves compensation! He is extremely straight forward and clear which put my worries at ease. I was t boned by a company vehicle and required lower back surgery and I was a nervous wreck. I was well taken care of by Phil and his team and they did everything in thier power to get me right.
