John Carson is absolutely a great attorney. Very responsible and respectful. My dad had an ongoing case in Ga for 3 years and once we found Carson the case was resolved within a few months. Bobby Phillips is brash, unethical and incompetent. He’s very rude and condescending, if you want to be milked for all your worth and have very poor results with no accountability for your case use this law firm. Go elsewhere!

I have never represented Ms. Monroe. I do not know her. Her profile indicates that she is probably a “fake” person. If she can prove anything she said I will gladly refund her fee - but since I never met her, I never took any money from her. These bots are so annoying.

My boy John is the goat. He’s like family. He’s always available 24/7. Responded to my texts even after midnight sometimes. If you’re looking to get your case dismissed or at the very least a very favorable outcome then contact John Carson

Mr Carson gets 5 stars from me. I was very pleased having him as my lawyer. He was very professional and thourogh. I do believe if I didn't have Mr Carson as my lawyer I would have lost my case. If you want to win your case I recommend you hire him as your lawyer

I had the opportunity to work with John Carson on a pressing legal project. He is the kind of guy that looks straight into your eyes and tells you what you need to hear, rather than what you may want to hear. I like that. I have had the pleasure of having the Phillips Carson & Phillips Law firm represent me in court with multiple charges: Aggravated Assault, Battery, Trespassing, DUI and familiar to maintain lane. Some in which were dismissed and others reduced due to my circumstances, either way I had the best possible outcome for my charges. John Carson has provided me with support throughout my process by providing credible resources and information to help me prepare for court, accommodating me with payment plans and showing up for court in times that I could not. After court, he has been available to answer any further questions that I had and better explain the process for my probationary period. Whether this is your first offense or second, I would a hundred percent recommend them to represent you in your court proceedings. Best of luck!
