Bobby Phillips is brash, unethical and incompetent. He’s very rude and condescending, if you want to be milked for all your worth and have very poor results with no accountability for your case use this law firm. Go elsewhere!

Mr. Carson is a terrific attorney! He came recommended to me by someone I knew and I am so happy that he agreed to take my case, best decision I made. My case was a high-conflict custody case and Mr. Carson was patient and guided me along the way. At first he was working with us answered text messages and everything else and then it all stopped, but he really took our money and got a deal a public defender would be able to get him. Mr. Holmes and his family have been trying to reach him to fix an error and get him back in court because the order was written wrong and now he won’t answer calls. Long story short if those who have been done wrong by Mr. John Carson we can get together and go to the State Bar and report him. There is more but no need to rant and rave actions speak louder.
