Could not have asked for a better team between Mason and Kayl (paralegal). It took a lot of time and work, but they got me where I wanted to be and were so patient and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommended- especially if you have children involved in your situation.

Pickett is evil. Even when it’s agreed you have ptsd by the judge, Pickett harasses you, yells at you and acts like a fool. He’s not very good. I mean I won everything I wanted, but my ex who had Pickett lost a total of $1,000,000. $100,000 of that was attorneys fees. 😱 It also took us three years because he constantly cancels court appearance and then they had to be rescheduled. Don’t waste your money here unless you don’t mind losing it all.

8 months to respond to my need to be represented. 15 hours to serve me a liene when I would not pay for service not rendered. I had Pickett as a lawyer for a year. He has good ideas. Decades of experience. But it appears no patience and time to see your case through in a timely manner. Here is my example. I hired him in January. In April my income was cut in half and I asked him to get a court date to get spousal support reduced accordingly. January the next year, 8 months later we got our court date and reduction. As a consequence I was not a happy customer and got rid of the firm. After spending thousands for this ridiculous "service" that actually cost me thousands more with its delay, I refused the last bill of about 500. Hours later I was notified of a lien. Maybe the billing department should run the firm. They are on the ball.

Mason is the best lawyer in the Tri-cities. He does what he says he will do. I was in a difficult situation and w/o his services and entire team, I don't think I would of made it. I got a second chance because of him and I ran with it and have a good life.

Defoe must have been the good lawyer in this firm because Steve can't win a case to save his life. Simple case, but no strategy, we lost and even with low income had to pay alimony for years to come. If you're going to use this law firm, make sure to stay on top of things because they won't be. Except for sending bills, they're no good.

Extremely unhappy with their services. I paid top dollar for in my opinion extremely low quality service. It seemed there interest was how much money they could make off me and not serving my interest. I would NOT recommend this office to anybody for anyting !!!!!! The only reason I gave them one star is because I cannot give them NO star .

I am not one to normally leave reviews for any business, but I am currently working with Defoe Pickett Law and I can say that everyone there has been wonderful. I have worked with both Steven Defoe and Mason Pickett, and I am confident in their skills at handling my situation. These men are very intelligent at what they do and I am glad I chose this firm to represent me. Initially, I was very uncertain at what to expect as I have never been to court before. However, the support staff has been very helpful at informing me of everything that I am to expect in this process. In conclusion, Defoe and Pickett, as well as paralegals Hannah and Kelly have been very compassionate and thorough with the work they do. They understand my situation and have been nothing but professional, supportive, and compassionate in what they do. If you want the right team, I recommend this firm.
