Efficient and experienced closing agents. Attorney Peter Pike is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with
Owner response
Thank you Jerry. We enjoyed working with you and your customers. When we work with agents like you, who understand the complexities of a home sale and make things work smoothly, it just makes our jobs that much easier. It is always a pleasure to work with agents that recognize that residential real estate sales involve both the buyer and seller working together to achieve what they both want - the buyer to purchase a home and the seller to sell their home. We look forward to working with you again.
HE WON MY CASE!!!
For the past 2 1/2 years the plaintiff and her 2 attorneys did everything they could to persuade the court I was not entitled to the reimbursement of my initial investment and major home improvements following the sale of our disputed property.
Mr. Pike's knowledge of the law combined with his years of experience prevailed over all the frivolous claims they made against me. In addition, Mr. Pike tried on multiple, multiple occasions to educate the plaintiff and her attorneys on Florida law regarding the equitable distribution of funds or equity, but they steadfastly refused to settle or withdraw their misguided claim.
Highly recommend without reservation! Attorney Pike is and was very knowledgeable, friendly, sympathetic and encouraging regarding my "partition agreement" property issue.
I contacted Mr. Pike regarding taking a deceased family members name off of a warranty deed on October 30, 2025. We had a very nice discussion via cell phone and he told me to bring the documents to his office the next morning and see his legal assistant Terry.
I arrived at his office the next morning on October 31, 2025 at 9:07AM to find the office locked. I knocked on the door and Mr. Pike came to the door, he indicated he was on the phone and I need to "drop and go." He took the documents out of my hand and I promptly left. I never heard another word from Mr. Pike, so I telephoned his assistant on November 11, 2025, and asked the status. She replied "I am not aware of the file, I will need to contact Mr. Pike. A few days later, I received an email from Mr. Pike which stated "Once the recorded document is available, Teri will email them back to you." "I will bill you what you seem to
believe this was worth - $0.00." True to his word, I received the filed affidavit as an attachment to another email. Problem is, the filed affidavit had the wrong date of death on it.
Teri & Peter at Pike Real Estate Law are two rock stars who go above and beyond. Both happily helped with matters that were transaction adjacent and gave our clients peace of mind with gentle nudges and reassurances. I trust Peter's perspective and legal prowess.
Owner response
Thank you Jude. We try to make all of our buyers, sellers and agents feel like their matter is the most important one in our office. Working with you is always a pleasure. You care about your customers and making sure that their home purchase or sale is a pleasant experience. We appreciate that you care enough about your customers to make sure that whomever you refer them to is going to do their best to provide outstanding service.
Peter and Teri are amazing at their jobs. We had a very difficult contract due to the lender and other issues that came up and they handled it with expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Pike Law for all your Real Estate needs.

Owner response
Thank you for this review. We always appreciate the customers that you refer to us to assist them in getting their closing completed in a seamless manner. Your assistance with these closings is also appreciated. When a knowledgeable and caring real estate professional like your agents is involved in the transaction, whether representing the buyer or seller, we know that our job will be that much easier.
My experience with Pike Law was amazing, coming from Canada and not knowing the laws here. Peter explained everything to us in detail and was very friendly and patient. I would highly recomend Pike Law to everyone.
Peter Pike is truly an exceptional attorney. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in all areas of real estate law, Peter explains in such a manner that is easily understood and very clear.
Peter handled a complex real estate transaction and also the closing with the utmost professionalism and dedication. He is very honest and straightforward.
Peter was a calming and professional presence and readily available when expertise was needed. I truly could not have asked for a better attorney. I believe Peter truly cares and I highly recommend the Pike Law Firm.
This might be the worst house closing that I’ve ever had. They never told us anything. They had a weird closing didn’t tell us anything if you’re gonna have a house closing do not go to this firm.
Pike Law has helped me with my closing and he was informative, professional, timely and made the process extremely simple. If you are looking for closings, he's "open for closings". Thank you!
