Last year around July my girlfriend and I were on the way to dinner. All of a sudden life changed drastically. For some unknown reason, the car in front of us suddenly swerved into my lane. I was able to avoid that vehicle just to be completely blindsided on the passenger side of the car by car for teenagers and one of their grandparents car. Instantly my concept of life and what mattered in the moment changed completely. The car was totaled out and the impact was hard enough to send my girlfriend a past middle of the vehicle to me and slam back into the passenger door. That was now crushed in and in able to open. The insurance company of the people that us that currently been playing games looking for every Leupold I could take miss leading us on the policy of the at fault driver and what our rights were in the situation.
