This team is a GREAT choice for Worker Comp cases. They worked endlessly to help me achieve peace of mind and security. The work Polsky Shouldice and Rosen PC is communicate and thorough. Listen to the legal advice and follow their instructions, you will be on you way to better health (mental /physical) and have a future with security. Trust their process and you WONT regret it.
Called them today (8/18/25 approx 12pm) and was disrespected by ADAM ROSEN. He didn't even give me a chance to fully explain my case, and as soon as he found out that I didn't break any bones he said, "Im not gonna work 30-40 hours to make no money" "there is no money in this case". Do not sign up with them. They are just looking to see how much money they can make and don't care about the injury or you at all. This is not how you communicate with people during times of legal troubles.

( MTA workers ) pick a different law firm i wouldn’t recommend this firm 🙏 I was referred by a friend but honestly This law firm doesn’t return phone calls smh you have to keep calling like a kid.. they are rude and I’m not happy

I cant recommend this law firm highly enough. They helped me with 2 cases with great results. They have taken care of my friends also. Very professional and always there to answer questions for you!

I will recommend them to anyone dealing with a workers comp case they answer all questions and make you feel like family and I find that they are very patient and will let you vent because I was one frustrated client but they always will reassure me of the process and let me know that they are by my side.
They manage to handle his case that's concerning my brother and more I got no doubt in my mind if anything new come up well I want them to handle a case for me or claim of whatever they can do that just on that. Thought.
