PLEASE READ THE REST BELOW!!!😣🤥🥶👎 June 18th 2020 Hello Mr. Porter I seen posted in the paper last week YOU WON A Discrimination case really Ms Smith won her own case because I know her and worked with her for years Ms. Smith Which she did all the work her self I wish she would have found someone else better so she could have gotten more you and anyone that knows you are one of the laziest lawyers I have ever known if someone else took her case she would have gotten double I pray.no one else goes to you for help because you're communication between u and your clients is horrible which you are the only Attorney that your clients have to do all the work for you while you sit there and do nothing you don't even have a voicemail and you are never in your office for a scheduled appointment for anyone to go over there case so sad because God blessed you with a gift to help people and u turned into a waste of time so so sad 😞 😭😢👎👎👎👎👎👎

This firm is 100% a scam!!! They will take your money lose it and not do a gosh darn thing for you. The only thing this firm did was get me to agree to a crummy temporary custody agreement that gave the non-custodial morph rights to harass then he had before because now I'm obligated by law to submit to it. Only because this lawyer was not aware of our court date panicked and convinced me that this man with a long history of violence, drug abuse, with a 10 year restraining order from their little sister would go in front of the judge pretend he was a boy scout and I would lose. These people lost $1,300 of the money we gave them including a $700 cash payment and it took days of arguing to get it straightened out. And while they were wrong they refused to do work not that they did much of any anyways. This firm encouraged me to not try to apply for child support because he was already working on it. Without this law firm for free I was able to get a no contact order and we have started child support. Which was a simple as going down to the local child support office and filling out a piece of paper. Yet the lawyer encouraged me not to but he did want his payment. After I had already got child support started myself I got a call from the lawyer stating he was still working on child support but couldn't get anything back from the non-custodial parents lawyer. So if my understanding is correct this law firm cannot do anything if the other parent does not have a lawyer because he didn't but the law firm was so out of touch they didn't even know that. Countless times they were caught not even looking at my evidence. From the get-go Frank said that we were going to hold him accountable for his actions. Over and over again the non custodial parent did many things not aligned with our agreement yet Frank never did anything about it. In fact the last time I spoke with him about the case he became upset with me and told me he wasn't going through all the evidence and it needed to be time stamped and detailed which informed me he'd never taking a look at the evidence because I already had. Upon the conversation of ending our contract he was asked to name one piece of evidence in the case and could not. We asked for a refund he offered $500 out of the thousands of dollars he stole from us. This farm is a scam they are out here to pray on hardworking people who do not have a degree in law and are looking for help. I will be contacting the committee and attorney general. I hope another single mother never has to go through what this firm has put me through this year. This firm has put my family far in the hole this year. And it's going to be hell to climb out of it. Along with coming up with another deposit to find a lawyer that actually does their job.

Waste of a call he asked me for documentation regarding the case stated to call him back give him time to review then kept post poning and later never answered. Just terrible service no legal help here please find an actual professional attorney this was a mistake and a joke calling this office for legal assistance never again!
