I called POWER &POWER!!! I spoke with Michelle Power. she was sympathetic, kind , caring. She understood that the statute of limitations was coming up with in days. she excepted my case on that phone call. (she told me ,she did not feel it was a loosing case, of course, nothing is guaranteed.)that put my mind at easy. I met Whitney Power the day of the mediation. I shall say their last name POWER fits them to the letter!! These ladies, well in my day we would say they are some Bad ass Boss Lawyers!:)! Now, in 2025, I would describe them as FIERCE, STRONG, BOLD, RESPECTFUL,UNFLINCHING, POWERFUL BOSS LADY LAWYERS! WHO YOU WANT ON YOUR TEAM, REPRESENTING YOU! They are fully prepared , they do their homework & they fight hard! When you go to court or mediation they make sure you feel fully prepared, all your questions are answered & you feel comfortable. I can not express how happy I am:) , If you are in need of an attorney these ladies will fight for you until you are happy! They genuinely care about there clients. My original question when calling into this law firm was, “Do you do PERSONAL INJURY CASES”? “Whitney” is who answered in her “SWEET” voice says “Yes, we do PERSONAL INJURY CASES, that’s what we specialize in”. Then I started explaining my case, two sentences in, she was so QUICK to cut me off and STOP ME DEAD SENTENCE TO TELL ME THEY “DO NOT DO EMPLOYMENT CASES”. Yet, she hadn’t even heard the rest of what I was going to say.! SMH 🤦‍♀️ Then after cutting me off she was reluctant to start spewing out of her now sour toned voice all the types of cases they DID DO! Airplane Crashes, Car Accidents, and so on.. I said okay well mine was”Carbon Monoxide Poisoning”. I told her thank you for her time and hung up as QUICK AS SHE CUT ME OFF. So, My QUESTION IS. “I guess that’s not considered a personal injury”!? And that I find rather odd because I have three other attorneys offices I’ve called that say, this is in fact a PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM. But then again, THEY LISTENED TO THEIR PROSPECTIVE CLIENT BEFORE BEING SO QUICK TO HANG UP INSTEAD OF LISTENING. I’m SO SORRY WHITNEY, that Co2 Poisoning has made me SCATTERBRAINED A BIT,(not my choice). But you should learn that, “PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE”. And that people who suffer personal injuries have different levels of communication because they have SUFFERED PERSONAL INJURY EVEN THROUGH EMPLOYMENT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND you to anyone, that wants to “BE HEARD. That is HONESTLY THE MOST RUDE 2 MINUTE PHONE CALL I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.

I don’t even know where to begin! I was involved in an accident back on 11/11/2021. I originally hired a different law firm, but after about a year and a few months I decided to part ways with them. After thinking my case was all but dead, I gave power & power a call. I spoke to Whitney, laid out all the details of the case, informed her the previous lawyers weren’t able to accomplish much, yet they were still more than happy to take on the case. A few months later…. Without even having to go to trial, I had not one, but two settlement checks combining for more than I had even hoped for. Whitney did an excellent job working on the injury case I was involved in. She was very responsive and explained everything in a manner I could understand. She was also very honest about the odds of a favorable outcome. In the end she did get the maximum settlement possible, but I would recommend her even if the outcome was different.

I tried to fight the responsible parties insurance company (auto accident) for many months by myself and was never able to make any significant headway.
