awful experience; had to constantly chase after them for follow-ups and feedback; ended up firing her and going with another law firm that was excellent. tiffani and her staff basically were advocating on behalf of my opponent (my HOA) and NOT on my behalf. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. apparently she's changing her name now so be aware (soon to be prestige law firm, pllc). UPDATE: signed agreement between myself and Tiffani Brown 6\13\2024 with Gary Roberts associates

I now have rendered Tiffani N. Brown Law’s services for two separate small claims matters over the past year. Both matters resulted in a favorable outcome for us. We maintained adequate communication throughout the process both via email with Tiffani and via text with her paralegal Rebecca. I would recommend them for assistance on any small claims matter.

The service was quick and Tiffani responded to all my emails promptly.

Called the office about a liability insurance concern and the person I spoke with asked for the Metlife Legal Plan eligibility ID which I provided. She said an attorney will research and call back. After not hearing back for over a week, called them back and they again said an attorney would call back but never heard anything.

Unfortunately my experience with Tiffani has not been the best. I utilized her services for small claims assistance through my MetLife Legal Plan. It was a relatively straightforward case but after *months* I received documentation with another person’s name on it. I felt like that was a sign of lack of detail which I would not really want in an attorney. I also felt like it was a privacy concern sending someone else’s documents. It is a good thing this was not something more serious. In those months I had to constantly email and call for follow ups. I have not even discussed the case with the attorney herself because she is unreachable. I have been extremely patient and hate to leave a bad review, but the last straw was the fact that I had called multiple times and they told me message would be sent to the attorney but it has been weeks with nothing. It is frustrating to have to keep following up as if this was my kid and I was trying to get them to do their homework. To give an idea I reached out to her in the beginning of March and still didn’t get complete paperwork until now (beginning of Aug).

My experience with Tiffani has been wonderful. She was patient in understanding my concern (even when I was rambling and giving her lots of information). Through my chaos, she provided an organized, succinct approach to how we would address the issue. She was able to take the mounds of documents and information I provided, digest, and regurgitate it back it a document that was provided to the defendant. It was PERFECT! She was very professional and communicative along the way. I felt heard and seen throughout the process. Hopefully I don't need to use her again, but if I need an attorney, I will definitely be calling Tiffany N. Brown Law!
