I engaged Pridgen Bassett Law, LLC via email and did everything electronically. Their practice is well positioned for that. I had a dispute with a medical provider. I didn't think the provider was acting ethically in billing me, and I tried for almost a year to correct the bill, to no avail. After contacting Nancy Pridgen, who was recommended through another attorney, I sent her the correspondence up to that point, and she contacted the provider and got a settlement along the lines I had asked for earlier this year. So, I settled and paid the bill. Then, the provider started billing me for what they said was the unpaid balance! Nancy quickly got in touch with them and straightened them out. Even though she had to do more work, and I was willing to pay, she deferred. I would immediately reach out to this law firm again for medical disputes.
