This is the worst office I have ever delt with. They don't do no investigation unless it's a homicide. The Attorney try to get you to take a deal. It's been almost 2 years and I haven't had nothing happened with my case it hasn't moved I haven't even had the proper attorney to represent me I'll call their office every day I've been calling their office everyday since November of 2022 to avail no attorney

These public defenders lie to you about the charges they have been offered by the state. I was told over a family dispute for pushing someone out the door and locking it , that it was considered a assault the public defender I had told me when I went to court that it was considered a soft assault by the D.A because there were no bruising on either party and I can get it dropped to a lesser charge and have it removed from the record later . I called an attorney 7 years later and they told me that's not possible for something like that if they sent you to prison even for a day they did so to Mac out federal credits for the state to get paid .
