Might be great if you can get an appointment? I’ll never know. I called and submitted an online request a few months ago. No answer, no response. Called again recently and setup an appointment for a phone appointment as I’m out of state. Never got the follow up email that was mentioned but whatever. Appointment time came and went, both their time zone and mine, no call. Things happen so it’s fine, called and made another appointment for a few hours later same day - no call at that appointment time. I’m busy working and have given up, when I get an apology email and a proposal for another time even later in the day. I don’t see the email because I’m busy and then get a missed call while I’m in a meeting. Sigh. So last attempt, cause I understand things come up - I reply and make an appointment for a new day later in the week. No call lol. It’s kind of comical. 4 attempted appointments and no call except the one appointment I never responded to? Not sure I would advise to with a place that can’t manage an appointment, or where the owner is completely unreachable, so I’ll look elsewhere. Just say you aren’t taking new clients or don’t do phone appointments if it’s that overwhelming.
