Howard my advisor was very helpful and professional

I do NOT recommend this law office. Our case was closed out June 2024. We signed affidavits to settle with insurance. Its Jan 2025 now. For over 7-8 months, i have been calling for monthly status and they say its pending. Sometimes. I have to call many times because our case manager Brenda is TERRIBLE. She failed to reply to our calls about 90% of the time. We had to escalate the calls to her manager Teresa since Brenda seems to not care or call back for simple monthly status. Go elsewhere. They are too busy or dont care.

They were the worst attorney office I have ever worked with. If you want to get reimbursed for your time and suffering or even get fairly treated this law firm is definitely not the one to choose. I will not go into details about my case, but I REGRET ever choosing them to represent me. The communication is terrible, they are unorganized, they fight for themselves not the client. If there was one thing I regret in life, it was definitely choosing this law firm to represent me. I would never recommend them to family or friends. I was referred to them by someone, which was my first mistake. 1/10 do not recommend. The only reason they may have any good reviews is because when you go to the office to pick up any correspondence or money, they have a card on the table with a QR code to leave a review. So people excited about having a little change in their pockets may leave a review, well I was not satisfied and I’m leaving my review! The only reason I chose 1 star because you have to in order to leave a review. I tried to go to another law firm, but it was already too late. I should have went with my first choice and selected Godsey Martin. They represented me in 2015 and were AMAZING! Pusch and Nguyen BOOOOOOO! 👎

Nereida helped me close my case and take home much more money for my case than the insurance was offering me in the beginning. They were straight forward with the costs of things and honest with the work they can provide. It is a timely process to get things done, took about 1.5 years for my case to close. But I recommend their help if you need it.
