Excellent Labor and Industry attorney's. My state worker was a complete and total nightmare to deal with until I hire these nice people. They had it resolved in less than 30 days and I have had no more issues because they do not want to fight with these people. ❤️❤️❤️
I am leaving this review on behalf of person (firefighter) close to me who wishes to remain anonymous. I listened the phone call consultation personally on speaker phone that they had with a lawyer from this firm and I was absolutely shocked and disgusted with the lack of empathy and professionalism demonstrated by the lawyer on the other end of the phone representing this firm. It’s absolutely clear to me that there is no other motivation here other than to make money off of the pain and suffering of our first responders, as opposed to ethically doing what is right and doing what ever it takes to help them with their respective cases. After a short conversation, when the lawyer realized that their potential client’s case was complex, and might require some actual work, they were quick to dismiss the case and refused to help this fire fighter who is in serious need of legal assistance. What a shame, and blatant disrespect for 20+ year public servant who is need of legal assistance. In my opinion, and at the very least the individual lawyer involved, is morally and ethically unfit to serve in this capacity.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. There are many factors that determine whether we are able to assist in a worker compensation claim and we are not always able to represent everyone that reaches out for our assistance. We commend all our first responders including those we are unable to directly represent.
I would give zero starts if I could. If you’re a first responder that has complex ptsd from on the job after 20 years of service do not call here. It will just make your ptsd worse. I was totally dismissed by Brandy one of the lawyers here. Even after I spent six hours working on an email for my timeline of events to come organized for the meeting which she didn’t even bother looking at. Literally spent 3 minutes on the phone telling me she will not take my case because I have two claims one for reopening an injury on the job that was never fixed and the other a new one for occupational disease from ptsd. I don’t even know why they advertise on their website they help firefighters. It’s so heartbreaking to be treated that way and dismiss as ptsd already has stigma surrounding it. People wonder why the suicide rate is so high with veterans and first responders because their service and sacrifice’s are dismissed and forgotten. Shame on this law firm it would have just been better to hear they aren’t taking new clients because of their case load which is more than likely focused on car accident's so they can win more money.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We strive to help everyone that can benefit from our legal representation. Although we are unable to assist you in your matter, we do wish you well in your recovery.
I was disabled from a work injury 2 years ago. I can't say thank you enough for Laura stepping in to help. A life changer! She is always asking and willing to help
I thought I left a review post in 2019. Anyway, now it has been 8 years since My accident at work. Laura and Angie have been helping me and I can say they have been always for me in my corner. They are completely trustworthy and reliable.
DO NOT HAVE THEM REPRESENT YOU.
If I could give a negative 5 star I would they do not even deserve 1 star my husband went there with a serious injury to his back and stomach from being squished and penned against a machine that luckily didn’t kill him. We went to this place to get an attorney for professional help and got not one bit of professional help first off the attorney, Laura, Fedorko has very poor communication, she excepted my husband’s case and I feel like she didn’t do anything, except for maybe dispute a denial, but other than that was just sitting around like ducks, waiting for whatever to happen instead of fighting for her client like she should when my husband and I went into the office, to take bills that we are receiving from his injury, and give them updated APF papers for work they would get upset. The lady that works at the front decided it would be OK to holler at my husband when he was trying to talk and practically tell him to shut up not giving him a chance to say what he wanted to say after she told him that he had to pay his bills from the work injury, which is not our responsibility after that situation, Laura decided she was going to have her translator call to make an appointment not to give us updates on the case but to tell my husband that his wife is no longer allowed to have anything to do with his case no communications to help make things easier because I told her assistant upfront not to raise her voice and holler at my husband like that again to act professional, like she should and to tell her own client that he cannot go into the office or call that he had to go through a translator named Carlos and when he tried going through the translator, he would always have attitude as well and his response would be I don’t know I’m not a lawyer but then not even relay much of anything to the Laura so with that being said there is so much more but I don’t wanna get into everything however, if you’re looking for a professional attorney to help you in the situation that you are in DEFINITELY DO NO GO THROUGH PUTNAM you need somebody that is going to be more understanding more caring about their clients, more communicating and help their client get what they need and deserve you will not get that from this place and if you decide to go through them good luck hopefully you have better luck than we did. The only two times she made an appointment was because she wanted to vent because we were calling to try to find out if there was any new news on the case and that upset them Because apparently clients should not call or know any new updates or anything with your case you just need to give it to him and let it sit for who knows how many years because it’s a long process she says it makes it even longer when you don’t do anything to try to speed things up so if you decide to go with them, good luck, God bless and I hope you the best of luck
Thanks for nothing Putnam Law

Dealing with a horrible company that handles injuries I was recommended to seek out Putnam and Lieb. They have been absolutely amazing to my family. Laura has been my attorney since the case began and she always helps with questions and concerns. She will walk you through all of the difficult steps with a smile and positive attitude. I couldn't thank her enough on how much she's helped my family. If you get injured on the job call them immediately!
I've been so greatful for all the hard work and help from Laura and her team. They are always so kind and quick to address and questions or concerns. I don't think I could thank them enough.
I had a life changing brain injury that put a screeching halt to my professional life. Laura Fedorko at Putnam Lieb has been amazing. She has helped my wife and I navigate through a complex claim and helped us through a very challenging life event. Laura has always made herself available when we have questions and she obviously knows her way around the process and practices of the L&I system.
