A bad experience, we had an appointment for today but we never had access to the place since they are building or remodeling part of the building. I don't understand why the secretary gave us the appointment for this day if there is no access to the office. We tried to make a call and they didn't answer the phone. Very unpleasant. The truth is, I think it's more of a ghost business.

Fantastic law firm!!! All staff was Amazing including the staff at the front desk who was kind and patient, and paralegal Ms. Mireya who was hardworking and empathetic. All staff were a great reflection of attorney Balducci himself. Every time I had a struggle everyone was so kind and willing to help. Every single time I called I was answered and was spoken to directly. Great experience and lovely staff. I had no issues ever with this law firm and I would recommend to anyone in need. There service has gone way down hill. We hired them to handle my stepdaughters case and it went well. They are handling my wife and stepsons case and we can't get anyone to call us back or email us where we are at with the case. I have been emailing them for 8 straight months and get no response at all. This is extremely unprofessional as we are paying clients and continue to get horrible service.

I will gift him with a zero star review because of the worst service ever I received from them. Very irresponsible people and not professional at all. Will never recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with this immigration service. They were completely unprofessional, took my money, and then provided the worst service I've ever received. After they received payment, they became unresponsive and did not follow up on my case at all. Additionally, their staff was rude and behaved poorly throughout the entire process. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
