A bad experience, we had an appointment for today but we never had access to the place since they are building or remodeling part of the building. I don't understand why the secretary gave us the appointment for this day if there is no access to the office. We tried to make a call and they didn't answer the phone. Very unpleasant. The truth is, I think it's more of a ghost business.

Fantastic law firm!!! All staff was Amazing including the staff at the front desk who was kind and patient, and paralegal Ms. Mireya who was hardworking and empathetic. All staff were a great reflection of attorney Balducci himself. Every time I had a struggle everyone was so kind and willing to help. Every single time I called I was answered and was spoken to directly. Great experience and lovely staff. I had no issues ever with this law firm and I would recommend to anyone in need.
