Trisha Dellinger and her staff are an extremely competent and caring team of real estate and business professionals, putting customer service and problem solving above an hourly fee. I definitely would recommend using their services.
Used them when closing on my house, they seemed a little shifty and overpriced the seller of the house picks the closing attorneys. When and if I sell my house. I would not pick them for my sale. Just my opinion
