Worst experience ever on so many levels for so many reasons. The unwarranted additional emotional damages to the victim and their family due to the lack of communication and transparency over a 6 year period until settled and essentially perpetrated by the firm. New York Police Department Investigation Unit and New York Bar Association are in process of investigating and pursuing the claims and issues regarding the issues at hand, regarding this firm and named individuals listed with and associated with the firm. This law firm is a joke. You’ll never speak to your attorney past the fist consul where they make u sign a book of documents. No follow up, no update, no way to get through to anyone. Been with them for 3 years and i cannot say i am happy at all. The staff are rude. Seriously stay way… this is a very scammy place.

I couldn’t be more grateful to hire Davidoff law firm. I met with Mr. Ruben on the first day of my personal injury case. He provided the best legal advice, guiding me through a challenging situation with clarity and confidence. Mr. Ruben is a decent and very respectful individual. I also had the pleasure working with Mr. Arthur Binyaninov Esq. Mr. Arthur is a young respectful, professional and knowledgeable attorney. I asked him if he would advise me about my surgery, he responded “ this is totally your personal decision your health comes first I will never advise you to get a surgery that is unnecessary” I was surprised by his ethical and the level of professionalism. The only slight issue that i face was that their paralegals and legal team personal were not in the same page, for example, one day they called me four times asking for the same document which I had already emailed to the first person other than that their legal team always answered the phone and treat me with respect, especially Nura and Stephanie. I highly recommend Davidoff law firm to anyone who has personal injury case. I personally believe Davidoff law firm is one of the best personal injury law firm in New York.
