I am very dissatisfied with this law firm. We trusted them with our car accident injury case, and it has now been almost three years with no resolution. We stopped attending therapy over a year ago, yet we continue to receive excuse after excuse about when we will receive our compensation. The lack of communication and professionalism has been extremely frustrating. Every time we ask for an update, we are told something different. Most recently, we were told they were just waiting for the check and that we would receive confirmation within three days. That was three weeks ago, and we have heard nothing. We understand legal cases can take time, but honesty, transparency, and communication are essential. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and disappointment for our family. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this firm.

I filed a lemon law claim with quill and arrow for my car in November 2024 which I was told was a solid case. My lease is coming to an end pretty soon and there's been no conclusion to my case. I've known nothing about the progress of my case in the past 19months. I have never spoken to the lawyer handling my case or anyone from the actual legal team. They keep connecting me to "case managers" who they themselves say they're not a memeber of the legal team. I don't have any real answers about what is going on. I've asked to speak to the attorney several times and have made phone appointments but when the time for the call arrives they don't return the call or when they do it's another "case manager". Case managers change frequently too. These delay tactics to buy themselves more time without giving any updates on the case amount to malpractice and are wasting my time and money. I was forced to buy another car because of my situation which has created further financial burden. I intend to file a complaint with the California Bar Association.

Quill and Arrow were amazing to work with! They accepted my case when another firm wouldn’t and provided updates every step of the way and everyone was kind and professional. My case recently settled after a little over a year and I am so happy that they were able to help me with my lemon and get rid of it. Without them we’d have been stuck with a crappy unreliable car for who knows how long!
