Worst place I ever step foot in, had my mother in tears with the way he spoke to us. At one point I actually looked at him and said is this really happening are you really speaking to her like that. It was truly a horrible experience and I would not send anyone here to be belittled and disrespected.

Read the reviews the details matter. He says he has the most persuasion in elderly law around town and that terrified me when I knew it was intended to comfort. A year and 3 months dealing with him, I know I should be terrified. Cared for my grandpa in his home for two years, NO ISSUES except nosy “do good” neighbors. A year under the care of this lawyer and a public guardian my grandpa’s had countless unnecessary side effects, and he’s on his deathbed. These people truly don’t care about the individuals, just the pay and policy. BUYER BEWARE, a FREE consultation for information lead to real legal action by no desire of the elderly person or family. This is VERY dangerous.

Very disappointed. I waited a week for a phone consultation only to be given bad information. I waited the additional 4 days as instructed by Becky to hear back from them. Nothing. One week later, nothing. I emailed and called. No reply, no call back. The least you can do is tell me you're not willing to help us with a trust for my elderly mother that is in great need of long term care. Instead, you waisted our precious time to get this taken care of and by the way, you charge way too much for the service. Thankfully, I found a much better attorney that was willing to take care of our needs for far less than you said you would charge and in a timely manner. Such a shame that your customer service skills are lacking and according to the above reviews it's a repeat repeat. At least your consistent. Good day to you.

BEWARE. My elderly veteran USAF step father, his new bride of three years recently wheelchair bound with a newly diagnosed incurable disease and myself met Mr Quinnell on a free referral consult yesterday afternoon. First appointment made the week before he did not even show for so we rescheduled. We were there mainly for direction we knew we would have to make additional paid appointments. My father took time as they do not always think clearly to list their assets and liabilities, brought in their legal paperwork such as a will, power of attorney and a living will made through Eglin USAF legal department along with out of state trust to solely paint a picture for this attorney. The attorney wanted nothing to do with paperwork but asked questions which clearly would have saved time if he had reviewed the paperwork. I understand this was a free consult and time was an issue which was no problem with us. He was very short with us and at times agitated but had time to share his personal life with us which took up 1/2 of his and our precious hourly time. He bashed the government legal department and out of state attorney as they do not clearly understand Florida law. Bottom line as an advocate for my step parents I am there to ask questions on their behalf. When I asked him what his fee was going to be he stated I will make an appointment for two hours next week I charge $350 and hour by the end of the conversation it was up to $1500. When I questioned him about this (as the figures didn’t match) and what it entailed it was like a switch had flipped. He stated he was the best attorney we would ever find and that I have insulted him by asking and then pursued that I was arguing by questioning him. At which point he stood up and abruptly told us to leave and get out of this office. But before we were escorted to door he told my father that he would be glad to speak with him but not to bring me. Why would a lawyer be offended especially if you have concerns and he is not being forthright? Is he not there to protect the elderly and their financial situation? Plus as an professional would you not conduct yourself in a courteous manner not only to us but other like professionals? Why would an attorney have to boast about himself? My family was clearly distressed, emotionally rattled on how we were treated and walked away with no direction. My father did make this statement which hit it on the nail - “I am glad he showed us his true colors what and how would we have been treated in the future!”

Planning what will happen after you die is never something you want to consider, but it can be a final gift to your children. The people here, especially Debra, handled this difficult time in our life with compassion, understanding and empathy
