Very unprofessional I had an appointment scheduled for 12/02 They called me a week later to let me know that my appointment was reschedule for 12/03, one hour later I explained I had only 45 minutes break they said it will be plenty of time Today I was in the zoom meeting since 12:55, nothing until 1:15 when I called them to let them know I was waiting there since 12:55 "Zoom problems" They wanted to reschedule for next week for me to go to their office in Vancouver to have another online meeting What a joke, No thanks!

Hello Edy,<br><br>You are correct, we had to reschedule your appointment because of a health condition. We tried to give you as much notice as possible, and we apologize again. We contacted you to book a new appointment as soon as possible (the next day).<br><br>In that appointment zoom was experiencing some issues. I personally called you and spoke to you and explained the issues we were having, and I offered to continue and answer any question you had on the phone or in the alternative, a new zoom date and time.<br><br>You expressed that you wanted to meet in person. I offered to book an appointment in the office where we have our staff to assist you and help with any technical issues. you declined that as well. Instead, You wanted to reschedule the zoom meeting I gave you on next available time which I had just offered. <br><br>Your preference was to cancel. We tried to best accommodate your schedule and assist you in any way we could. Our sincere apologies for not being able to do so.<br><br>Thank you.
