Hello Edy,<br><br>You are correct, we had to reschedule your appointment because of a health condition. We tried to give you as much notice as possible, and we apologize again. We contacted you to book a new appointment as soon as possible (the next day).<br><br>In that appointment zoom was experiencing some issues. I personally called you and spoke to you and explained the issues we were having, and I offered to continue and answer any question you had on the phone or in the alternative, a new zoom date and time.<br><br>You expressed that you wanted to meet in person. I offered to book an appointment in the office where we have our staff to assist you and help with any technical issues. you declined that as well. Instead, You wanted to reschedule the zoom meeting I gave you on next available time which I had just offered. <br><br>Your preference was to cancel. We tried to best accommodate your schedule and assist you in any way we could. Our sincere apologies for not being able to do so.<br><br>Thank you.
