I’ve been dealing with a car accident from last year and it has been stressful to think. Over the past couple months I’ve had to take upon physical and mental therapy which was challenging in itself, however Travis has help tremendously with making sure I have been taken care of and staying on top of my case. I don’t write reviews often but my gratitude is a necessity to be shared!

Slow and no communication. They don't know how to afford the proper documents. They do not provide updates. My suggestion stay away from this firm. I had to call so many times to stay on top of them. They also partner up with kent law who was very slow as well. This late firm is a joke anf Brandon my attorney is a joke as well. They had asked me to remove this post a long time ago until my case was done cause they calm it can effect my case. Rafi law group has too much work and not enough workers. Things will not be taken seriously with this firm. If your reading this stay away from this firm

I'm giving one star because it really wasn't a good idea to call Rafi. Maybe they have a good organization, but their employees don't live up to the expectations they create. It's been almost two months since I was hit and there's still no progress. The paralegal handling my case is a disaster. I'm very disappointed with the whole thing.
