Nice time frame for my case to be done, front staff Diana is so welcoming and nice, really well spoken and was able to communicate in perfect Spanish with my mom she also had a lot of patience with her since she is hard to hear but everytime we approached she’ll greet with a smile and offering something to drink. Next, my paralegal, My paralegal is Cristal and she would never reach me however everytime I went to the office in 4th ave, either Brenda or Belen? Would help me out, they are so well spoken and know what they are talking about, no small talk gives information on what they have in hand. My attorney, I’m really unsure of who it was since everytime I’d call it was either Chance taking my call or Spencer, the times I went to the 4th ave office, Robert would help me out but he seemed a little lost on a lot of things insecure of what he was refrasing? Anyways, the communication was ok, the staff is nice, and it’s overall pretty good.
