This review is long overdue. A little over three years ago, I was hit by a car making an illegal right turn while on my bike commute to work. After reaching out to a friend who had also been hit by a car while cycling and had been represented by Shaana, I made an appointment with Shaana for a consultation and I was immediately convinced that she was the right attorney to handle my case. Shaana listened attentively, asked detailed questions, and clearly explained my options for moving forward. More important for me, however, she was empathetic and sensitive to the struggles I was going through as someone who had been hit and had undergone surgery as a result. While I know that I was not Shaana’s only client (in fact, she was working on much bigger cases than mine), I always felt seen and heard, and when she was working on my case, her attention was fully focused on me. Shaana was a tireless advocate for me, fighting to get me the best settlement possible, and she was always available to answer any of my questions and concerns.
