I filed for disability after a terrible car wreck with a crushed ankle & bad head trauma. After several years, my ankle caused knee and hip problems. Then I started getting migraines. On April 25th 2024 I was riding my motorcycle into work and was merged into by a uhaul at around 35 mph and in an instant I was thrown from my bike, on the ground evading oncoming traffic, busted up confused and bloody. I ended up in pretty bad shape covered in cuts scrapes and road rash with a few cracked bones and stitches on my forehead above my right eyebrow where I had initially landed and the debt I found myself in after the fact seemed to be just as bad. When you get get paid for a job you should do it asked for a time frame for my settlement check an I get no response from you you made a nice dime off of my case now I want my dime worse law firm I've ever dealt with I had to call the workman's comp commission myself to get any kind of a answer sad that you're allowed to get away with it all I have ever gotten is 1/2 truths from your law firm

I was having trouble with getting some paperwork with a previous law firm, I wasn’t getting any call backs and I even got hung up on. So I decided to call Rainwater Holt and Sexton because their reviews were amazing. I talked to Tammy Dawson and she listened to my issues and told me Karen Hughes would be able to help me but it would be the next morning (which was fine with me) I was just happy Tammy listened to my issues and the trouble I was having with this previous law firm trying to get some paperwork . Well needless to say not even an hour later Karen Hughes called me back and got me the paperwork I needed, mind you she was in Little Rock and had my paperwork ready for me to pick up at the Springdale office. I would highly recommend this Law firm, the staff and customer service was excellent!!
