I spoke with a Katie Brooks over the phone about some specific questions I had, and can I tell you that she was easy to speak to! She was the perfect balance between professional and personable and got me the answers I needed as quickly she could. Talking with her took a lot of the stress out of dealing with a legal situation. This company pursued me for over a week wanting to help me with my disability case, once I spent the time to get everything together and go see them, they send me an email a week later saying they can't help me because of there work load. Might I add, you only have 60 days to appeal so they waisted precious time that someone else could have been working on. Then sent me a letter saying if there were anything else they can help me with in the future, they would love to help me. "Sorry but this won't be my first pick to call"
