I was very happy when I talked to Monica she made me feel very comfortable. She was compassionate and told me that she would do whatever she could to try to help me when you are down and you’ve been hurt because of somebody else and you aren’t able to work for a while. It’s always a blessing to have somebody to show compassion.

Their representative failed to inform me that the other party's insurance was denying responsibility because the driver involved in the accident, their son, was not listed on the insurance policy. Approximately four months later, I received a denial letter. Since then, I have been attempting to obtain my case file so that I can pursue the matter in Small Claims Court. The representative assigned to my case, Bertha Cardenas, has not responded to my requests. I have sent approximately seven emails since April 28, requesting a copy of my case file and related documentation, but my emails have been ignored and I have received no response.
